| English abstract | The objective was analyze how the intersectional approach, promoted by private, public and third sector organizations of Blumenau, Santa Catarina, may cause the mobilization of efforts and moving to the generation of a intersectorial cooperation network for the social responsibility (RS) development. The article used the qualitative research and the exploratory technique. The population was composed by organizations and the Social Responsibility Nucleus of Business and Industrial Association of Blumenau (RS/Acib), Social Welfare of the Child and Adolescents Department (SEMASCRI), Social Service for Commerce (SESC), National Commercial Apprenticeship Service (SENAC), Exitus Institute of Third Sector Development. The select results allowed verifying that only RS/Acib Nucleus can be considered as active and legitimate, bringing together diverse organizations to discuss and promote the RS in the city. The network would be important for intersectorial cooperation overcoming the difficulties experienced today by the RS/Acib Nucleus. It will suggest the development of the Social Vulnerability Index that will demonstrate the most vulnerable areas in the city. The crossing index with the projects of the municipality will measure the impact redistributive actions. Network will function in its virtual format, RS register projects and disseminate cartographic representation resulting from this process. Finally, it is believed that the development of intersectorial network cooperation will work to give visibility to the actions of RS, leading new organizations to the Nucleus, coordinating the sectors, and contributing for the development of RS |
| Portuguese abstract | O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar como a intersetorialidade, promovida pelas organizações privadas, públicas e do terceiro setor de Blumenau, Santa Catarina, pode provocar a mobilização e a movimentação de esforços à geração de uma rede de cooperação intersetorial para o desenvolvimento da responsabilidade social (RS). A técnica utilizada foi a da pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório. A população pesquisada foi composta pelos atores e pelas organizações como: Núcleo de Responsabilidade Social da Associação Comercial Industrial de Blumenau (RS/ACIB); Secretaria de Assistência Social da Criança e do Adolescente (SEMASCRI); Serviço Social do Comércio (SESC); Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial (SENAC); e Instituto Exitus de Fomento e Desenvolvimento do Terceiro Setor. Dessas organizações, apenas o Núcleo RS/ACIB pode ser considerado atuante e legítimo, reunindo diversas organizações que discutem e promovem a RS no município. Os resultados evidenciaram que, uma rede de cooperação intersetorial seria importante para superação das dificuldades vividas, hoje, pelo Núcleo RS/ACIB. Por isso, sugere-se a elaboração do Índice Blumenauense de Vulnerabilidade Social, que irá mostrar quais são as áreas mais vulneráveis do município. O cruzamento das informações do índice, com as dos projetos de RS do município, permitirá medir o impacto redistributivo das ações. Será função da rede, em seu formato virtual, cadastrar os projetos de RS, divulgando a representação cartográfica resultante deste processo. Acredita-se, que a elaboração da rede de cooperação intersetorial colaborará para dar visibilidade às ações de RS, levando novas organizações ao Núcleo, articulando os setores, e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da RS no município |
