| Spanish abstract | Esta investigación presenta el proceso del uso de la prospectiva y el conocimiento de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TICs) en las pymes del departamento de Boyacá (Colombia). En el desarrollo del estudio se establecieron los elementos teóricos que soportan dicha investigación. En el aspecto metodológico se tuvo en cuenta el estudio propuesto por la CEA, la Cepal y el OSILAC, quienes formularon unos indicadores claves para la medición de las TICs en las empresas; con base en esta información se diseñó el instrumento para aplicar a las 62 PYMES de la región, pertenecientes a los diferentes sectores económicos, ubicadas en las cabeceras municipales del departamento, de las cuales se obtuvo información relevante para dicho estudio |
| English abstract | This investigation presents the process of the use of the futurology and the knowledge of the technologies of the information and communication “TICs” in the SMEs of Boyacá department - Colombia. In the development of the study there were established the theoretical elements that support the above mentioned investigation. In the methodological aspect the study proposed by the CEA was born in mind, Cepal, and the OSILAC, who elaborated a few key indicators for the measurement of the tics in the companies, with base in this information I design the instrument to apply to 62 SMEs of the region, belonging to the different economic sectors, located in the municipal head-boards of the department of which relevant information was obtained for the above mentioned study |
