| Spanish abstract | Cuando no enlazan con paradigmas lo suficientemente estructurados, los conceptos suelen ser objetos de alteraciones semánticas. Así sucede, en el campo problemático del desarrollo territorial, de las relaciones rural-urbanas, de las nociones de democracia local, de participación, de empoderamiento, de ciudadanía y de solidaridad... La falta de rigor que tienden a compartir los enfoques neo-institucionalistas y el verboreo de los organismos multinacionales tiene su origen en la indigencia de la argumentación y a simplificaciones para nada inocentes. Son deficiencias patentes en lo que remite a las relaciones entre economía y sociedad y, más específicamente, entre cadenas y territorios. Evidenciaremos que este campo de investigación, campo predilecto de los enfoques SIAL (Sistemas Alimentarios Locales) no puede prescindir ni de un examen de las relaciones entre cambio técnico y dinámicas sociales ni dejar, en consecuencia, de fundamentarse en un enfoque interdisciplinario. El cuestionamiento del postulado de neutralidad del cambio técnico y la necesaria transgresión de las fronteras disciplinarias llaman a un debate sobre los dispositivos de apropriación colectiva, sobre la comoditización de los productos del agro, sobre la lógica disociativa que implica el emporio del mercado y sobre los procesos de deconstrucción patrimonial. Más allá de las recomposiciones territoriales y de su ilustración por los procesos de calificación bajo indicación geográfica, nuestra reflexión tiende a estructurar un debate sobre el campo mucho más extenso de la apropiación de los recursos intangibles o bióticos y de la restauración del vínculo entre economía y política |
| English abstract | When concepts do not link to paradigms which are not structured enough, they tend to be subject to semantic changes. That is what happens in the problematic field of territorial development, of the rural-urban relations, of the notions of local democracy, participation, empowerment, citizenship and solidarity. The lack of rigor which the neoinstitutionlist approaches tend to share and the verbosity of the multinational organizations, have their origin in the poor line of arguments and in simplifications which are not innocent at all. These are clear defficiences in reference to the relations between economy and society and, more specifically, between chains and territories. We will show that this field of research, SIAL (Local Food Systems) approaches’s favourite field, cannot disregard neither an exam of the relations between the technical change and the social dynamics nor avoid, accordingly, supporting an interdisciplinary approach. The postulate question about the neutrality of the technical change and the necessary breaking of disciplinary frontiers call for a debate about the collective appropriation devices, the commoditization of farming products, the dissociative logic which the Market Empire implies and about the patrimonial deconstruction processes. Beyond the territorial recomposition and its illustration by qualification processes under geographical indication, our thought tends to structure a much vaster debate about the field of the appropriation of intangible and biotic resources and of the restoration of the link between economy and politics |
