| Spanish abstract | En los últimos años se ha elevado la propuesta de realización de proyectos de desarrollo local de tipo económico que sean rectorados por los gobiernos municipales y que a su vez estos le aporten un porciento de sus utilidades con el objetivo de ser utilizadas para el financiamiento de otros proyectos y de obras de beneficio social. Por tanto es necesario que estos proyectos tengan una correcta planificación, cuenten con estudios de factibilidad lo más fiables posible, que proyecten los ingresos y gastos a obtener de forma certera y que por tanto que logren un funcionamiento eficiente y eficaz que les permita obtener utilidades y realizar sus aportes a los gobiernos municipales. El objetivo de este artículo es proponer un sistema de indicadores para evaluar proyectos de desarrollo local, lo cual va a permitir mediante la medición de indicadores evaluar el desempeño del proyecto e identificar las insuficiencias existentes en el mismo y a partir de los resultados obtenidos elaborar un plan de acciones de mejora |
| English abstract | In recent years, the proposal for the realization of local development projects of an economic nature has been raised, which are governed by the municipal governments and which, in turn, contribute a percentage of their profits with the objective of being used for the financing of others. projects and works of social benefit. Therefore, it is necessary that these projects have a correct planning, have feasibility studies as reliable as possible, that project the income and expenses to be obtained in an accurate manner and that therefore achieve an efficient and effective operation that allows them to obtain profits and make their contributions to the municipal governments.
