English abstract The article treats the studies of Science, Technology and Society (CTS) from the sequential use of the educational software in the process of the university students' teaching learning that constitutes a modification of the teaching used in the University of The Tunas and in many institutions of the Higher education in Cuba.  With the realization of the present work it is hoped to provide a vision of the operation of the method used in the development of an educational software for their use in the subject Engineering of Software of the career of Computer Engineering that facilitates the process of teaching learning of the estimate of projects for Points of Cases of Uses.
Spanish abstract El artículo trata los estudios de Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad (CTS) desde la utilización secuencial del software educativo en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes universitarios que constituye una modificación de la enseñanza empleada en la Universidad de Las Tunas y en muchas instituciones de la Enseñanza Superior en Cuba.  Con la realización del presente trabajo se espera proporcionar una visión del funcionamiento del método utilizado en el desarrollo de un software educativo para su utilización en la asignatura Ingeniería de Software de la carrera de Ingeniería Informática, que facilite el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la estimación de proyectos por Puntos de Casos de Usos.
