| English abstract | The formation of the value of pedagogical dignity in its identity dimension is a necessity. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to reflect on this topic. It is based on the materialist dialectic as a general method of scientific knowledge. It contributes to the preparation of future teachers, both in the political-ideological and pedagogical-scientific aspects, to fulfill the tasks and functions in the contexts of professional training and performance. It influences the integral formation and the formation of values that is developed in the university, from the experiences and experiences between the training agents and the students of the pedagogical careers. |
| Spanish abstract | Constituye una necesidad la formación del valor dignidad pedagógica en su dimensión identitaria. Por ello en el presente artículo tiene como propósito reflexionar en torno a este tema. Se fundamenta en la dialéctica materialista como método general del conocimiento científico. Contribuye a la preparación de los futuros maestros, tanto en lo político-ideológico como en lo científico pedagógico, para cumplir con las tareas y las funciones en los contextos de formación y actuación profesionales. Incide en la formación integral y la formación de valores que se desarrolla en la universidad, a partir de las vivencias y experiencias entre los agentes formadores y los estudiantes de las carreras pedagógicas. |
