| English abstract | This research explores the concept of man upon which lie the administrative business quality and professional ethics. Management is a systematic set of rules to achieve maximum efficiency in the ways of structuring and operating a social organism. The work ethic refers to attitudes that we must have time to perform in a job. It follows then, that efficient management is a set of values, norms and principles reflected in the culture of the company, to reach a better understanding with the society, respecting the rights of this, while respecting the needs and rights of the employees. The University should educate future business professionals in the knowledge that the modern management is to focus new and existing reviews that help the humanist society, to seek a favourable development of new tactics that can be apply in different contexts, such as: business, society, education system, religion. It is important to point out that methods or theories of yesterday are important for a modern administration, since these theories play an important role this Administration is to achieve the expected success, without leaving aside the new events that they have happened today, given that his field of study is broad and complex. |
| Spanish abstract | Esta investigación indaga la concepción del hombre sobre la cual reposan la calidad administrativa empresarial y ética profesional. La administración es un conjunto sistematizado de reglas para lograr la máxima eficiencia en las formas de estructurar y operar un organismo social. La ética laboral se refiere a las actitudes que debemos tener al momento de desempeñarnos en un trabajo. Se deduce entonces, que la administración eficiente es un conjunto de valores, normas y principios reflejados en la cultura de la empresa, para alcanzar un mejor entendimiento con la sociedad, respetando los derechos de ésta, respetando las necesidades y derechos de los empleados. La universidad debe formar a los futuros profesionales empresariales bajo el conocimiento de que la administración moderna es enfocarse a reseñas nuevas y vigentes que ayuden a la sociedad humanista, para buscar un desarrollo favorable de nuevas tácticas que se puedan aplicar en diversos contextos, como: empresa, sociedad, sistema educativo, religión. Es importante señalar que los métodos o teorías del ayer son trascendentes para una administración moderna, ya que estas teorías juegan un papel importante para que dicha administración logre alcanzar el éxito esperado, sin dejar a un lado los nuevos acontecimientos que han sucedido en la actualidad, debido a que su campo de estudio es amplio y complejo. |
