| Spanish abstract | En esta investigación se aborda el seguimiento como parte del proceso administrativo, se concibe como una actividad paralela a la ejecución y parte de la evaluación, que permite monitorear el desarrollo del plan, requiere de un equipo tecnopolítico capacitado, de elevada calidad humana, mente abierta, dirigido por un actor líder comprometido con la realidad que se quiere transformar, necesita también un sistema de información confiable, con registros adecuados y oportunos, que evalúen el impacto de las acciones desarrolladas, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar un modelo para seguimiento, evaluación y monitoreo de planes estratégicos y proyectos educativos, sustentado en una filosofía humanista, centrada en el hombre, en el enfoque de planificación estratégica situacional (Matus, 1982), planificación corporativa (Mintzberg, 1991) y herramientas prospectivas (Ahumada, 1997). El tipo de investigación es prospectiva, arrojó como resultado, la producción de un modelo que permite el registro del seguimiento, monitoreo y evaluación de planes y proyectos educativos |
| English abstract | In this investigation the pursuit like part of the administrative process is approached, is conceived like a parallel activity to the execution and leaves from the evaluation, that allows to monitorear the development of the plan, requires of an enabled tecnopolítico equipment, of high human quality, opened mind, directed by an actor leader it jeopardize with the reality that is wanted to transform, also needs a reliable information system, with suitable registries and opportune, that evaluate the impact of the developed actions, it has like objective: To design one model for pursuit, evaluation and monitoreo of strategic plans and educative projects, sustained in a philosophy humanist, centered in the man, the approach of situacional strategic planning (Matus, 1982), corporative planning (Mintzberg, 1991) and prospectivas tools (Smoke signal, 1997). The type of investigation is prospectiva, threw like result, the production of one model that allow the registry of the pursuit, monitoreo and educative evaluation of plans and projects |
