| Spanish abstract | Este artículo describirá las nuevas oportunidades y los desafíos entre Sudamérica y el gigante asiático tomando en cuenta como eje central el rol de los respectivos estados. También se deducirá el porqué de la necesidad de que, para obtener ventajas compartidas, es necesario profundizar en el entendimiento mutuo. Por lo anteriormente señalado se realizará un acercamiento a las construcciones particulares de la visión actual del Estado Chino y la del Sudamericano en la última década, los respectivos modelos de crecimiento, y el papel de intermediación entre éstos y su respectiva y particular forma de articulación al orden mundial; a partir de un análisis intertextual e interdisciplinario que permita comprender el carácter y posible evolución de las relaciones entre Sudamérica y China, la construcción de intereses tanto institucionales públicos como en los aspectos productivos, las agendas que de ello se puede arrancar y las prospectivas existentes |
| English abstract | This article will describe the role of the State vis à vis the new opportunities and challenges that South America and China face today. To achieve shared gains, mutual understanding is a key element that will allow a common construction towards this goal. Much of this process will be based in today´s visions of the Chinese and South American State in the past decade, growth models, intermediation between these two and their strategies to articulate with the World Order. The methodology proposed is based on an inter-textual and multidisciplinary analysis that establishes the possible evolution between South America and China both in the construction of common public and productive interests |
