| English abstract | The interview deals with the constitution process of the European Union. Brunkhorst analyzes the juridical and institutional structure of unified Europe and the recent political conjuncture, regarding the growth of right wing parties in the European Parliament and the impact of the refusal of the European Constitution in 2005's referenda. He also formulates an operational concept of legitimation to evaluate the democratic character of political decision-making in transnational level |
