| Spanish abstract | El objetivo del artículo es demostrar la existencia de un proceso de recuperación de memoria histórica feminista y de universalización del sujeto político mujer a través del relato fílmico de la experiencia de una sola, en el cine de Carolina Astudillo. La metodología se basa, por un lado, en el análisis fílmico de sus películas (construidas a partir del metraje encontrado o found footage), y de su método de trabajo, que adultera las imágenes a fin de reescribir desde un punto de vista feminista el relato de las protagonistas. Por otro lado, se recurre al cuerpo teórico de Jacques Derrida (1997), así como al de Silvia Federici (2018), para ilustrar las estrategias fílmicas, tanto teóricas como plásticas, de Carolina Astudillo: el mal de archivo, la identidad de la mujer republicana, la experiencia del aborto, la autoficción y la inextricable relación entre lo personal y lo político |
| English abstract | The objective of the article is to demonstrate the existence of a recovery process of feminist historical memory and universalization of the female political subject through the filmic account of the experience of a single woman in the filmmaking of Carolina Astudillo. The methodology is based, on one hand, on the filmic analysis of her films (built from found footage) and her working method, which adulterates the images in order to rewrite the story of the main characters from a feminist point of view. On the other hand, the theoretical body of Jacques Derrida (1994), as well as that of Silvia Federici (2018), are used to illustrate the filmic strategies, both theoretical and plastic, of Carolina Astudillo: the archive fever, the identity of the republican woman, the experience of abortion, self-fiction and the inextricable relationship between what is personal and political |
