| Spanish abstract | El objetivo del presente trabajo es proporcionar lineamientos que faciliten una buena estrategia de búsqueda de información automatizada durante el proceso de investigación, haciendo referencia al uso correcto de la terminología médica, así como la elaboración de algoritmos, utilizando los operadores boleanos (and, or y not), con el fin de que los resultados que nos arroje la base de datos adecuada sean los idóneos, lo cual nos ayudará a optimizar recursos y tiempo. Una de las bases de datos que nos facilitan la recuperación de información, dada su accesibilidad y cobertura, son para la terminología biomédica: Medical Subject Heading (MESH), de la Biblioteca Nacional de Medicina de los Estados Unidos, o bien su traducción al español: Descriptores en Ciencias de la Salud (DECS) elaborada por BIREME. Para apoyo en la búsqueda del área biomédica en general, donde se incluyen libros y revistas, contamos con PUBMED, identificando la tarea de localización de información relevante |
| English abstract | The objective of the present work is to provide lineaments that facilitate a good strategy search of information automated during the process of investigation, doing reference to the correct use of the medical terminology; as well as the elaboration of algorithms, using the boleanos operators (and, or and not), in order that the results that the suitable data base emits are the suitable ones which will help us to optimize resources and time. One of the data bases that facilitates the information retrieval, given their accessibility and cover, is for the biomedical terminology: Medical Subject Heading (MESH), of Medicine the National Library of the United States, or its translation to spanish: Description in Sciences of Health (DECS) elaborated by BIREME. For support in the search of the biomedical area in general, where books and magazines are included, we counted with PUBMED, identifying the task of locating excellent information |
