| Spanish abstract | La finalidad de este artículo es evaluar algunas prácticas gerenciales como herramientas de aprendizaje organizacional. La estrategia metodológica utilizada fue de tipo descriptiva, documental y de campo, tomando como unidad de investigación una firma de auditores del Estado Carabobo. Esto, permitió determinar como las prácticas gerenciales actuales se manifiestan dentro de este tipo de organización y como ellos inciden en su supervivencia en el tiempo, señalando que las estrategias que conforman el modelo gerencial por si solas no aseguran el éxito de la organización sino que es necesario que ellas sean creativas y dinámicas para ajustarse a las nuevas realidades, para lo cual es necesario que estén consciente de la necesidad de un aprendizaje continuo |
| English abstract | The purpose of this article is to evaluate some management practices as tools for organizational learning. The methodological strategy used was descriptive, documentary and field research unit taking as a firm of auditors of Carabobo state. This allowed to determine as current management practices appear within this type of organization and how they affect their survival over time, indicating that strategies that make the managerial model alone do not ensure the success of the organization but is necessary for them to be creative and dynamic to adjust to new realities, for which they need to be aware of the need for continuous learning.
