| Spanish abstract | Elaborado por Latouche, sin duda, uno de los más destacados representantes de la nueva corriente del pensamiento socioeconómico mundial denominada teoría del decrecimiento –cuya perspectiva ya no habla sólo, como el Club de Roma, de crecimiento cero, sino francamente de decrecer, para empezar en los países del Norte–, este ensayo presenta de modo sumamente pedagógico los profundos límites del discurso promotor del crecimiento y del desarrollo, revelando, además de su inconsistencia epistemológica por trasladar una visión de la Biología a la Economía sin asumir sus consecuencias, su incoherencia radical ante una la crisis global cuya tendencia apunta a agudizarse en el siglo XXI |
| English abstract | Prepared by Latouche, no doubt, one of the most prominent representatives of the new current of thought global called degrowth economics –whose perspective speaks not only, as the Club of Rome, of zero growth, but frankly of degrowth, in first place in countries of North–, this paper show, with a very pedagogical way, the profound limits of discourse promoter of growth and development, revealing, in addition to its epistemological inconsistency by transfer a vision of biology to economics, its inconsistency radical before to a global crisis which tendency aims to intensify its effects in the twenty-first century |
