| Spanish abstract | El auge de la nanotecnología genera nuevos cuestionamientos, no sólo en las aplicaciones innovadoras, sino también en la reflexión de riesgos que pueden aparecer. En este artículo pretendemos realizar un acercamiento a ese escenario actual y desde allí aproximarnos al discurso de la nanoseguridad y la nanodefensa, desde donde también haremos alusión al nanoterrorismo, campo que los Estados deben empezar a considerar abriendo una suerte de nanodiálogo con los ciudadanos. Este cuidado de la vida debe estar ligado a una reflexión bioética de la nanotecnología, que será objeto de reflexión en la segunda parte de este texto, una nanobioética que permita identificar los principios ontológicos que no son negociables, no como freno a la ciencia y a la técnica sino como un intento de humanizarla, de indicarle siempre a todo Hombre como su verdadera razón de ser |
| English abstract | Nanotechnology boom generates new questions, not only in innovative applications, but also in the reflection of risks that may appear. In this article, we intend to carry out an approach to this current scenario and from there we approached the speech of the nanosafety, nanosecurity and nanodefense, whence also we will make reference to the nanoterrorism, a field that States must begin to consider opening a kind of nanodialogue with the citizens. This life care must be linked to a nanotechnology bioethical reflections, wich will be the subject of reflection in the second part of this text, a nanobioethics that allows to identify ontological principles which are not negotiable, not as a brake to the science and technique but as an at- tempt to humanize it, always indicate to every Man as his true reason for being |
