English abstract Here we present the general structure for an implementation of a fuzzy expert system for salary assignment denominated SEP. SEP is going to be used for management and intends to assign salary increments based on performance and economics situations of individuals laboring for a company SEP also gets a prospective development index for every individual that shows the fitness of individual for ocuppying higher positions in the enterprise. Every part of SEP is implemented using fuzzy logic with the goal to represent succesfully uncertainty and vagueness associated to human resources management. in this work we use chained fuzzy inference rules for knowledge representation and modelling
