| English abstract | That bibliographical research is systemize and searchs to present arguments on management of pedagogical and the work of the teachers in the school. I consider that the management of the education and the school is, par excellence, management of pedagogical, because it includes collective and democratics efforts that they aim at to not only guarantee the planning and the accomplishment of the pedagogical project, but the beliefs, the studies and all the activities that result in the collective production in the lesson and the production of the knowledge. To defend this basic argument, I characterize the school as a space-time of participation and interaction, the teachers as diligent of the education and the management of the pedagogical one as a class action whose main objective is to organize the efforts for the production of the knowledge of students and teachers, in lesson contexts |
| Portuguese abstract | Sistematiza-se pesquisa bibliográfi ca e busca-se apresentar argumentos sobre gestão do pedagógico e o trabalho dos professores na escola. Considero que a gestão da educação e da escola é, por excelência, gestão do pedagógico, porque inclui esforços coletivos e democratizantes que visam garantir não só o planejamento e a realização do projeto pedagógico, mas as crenças, os estudos e todas as atividades que resultam na produção coletiva na aula e na produção do conhecimento. Para defender este argumento básico, caracterizo a escola como um espaço-tempo de participação e interação, os professores como trabalhadores da educação e a gestão do pedagógico como uma ação coletiva cujo objetivo principal é organizar os esforços para a produção do conhecimento de estudantes e professores, em contextos de aula |
