| English abstract | In this paper I propose to reread the novel Guerra en el Paraíso alongside with the way concepts such as “dirty war” and “human rights” have entered the democratic political agenda of Mexico. Twenty-seven years after the publication of the work, we can find details in its argumentation that turn it into a narrative that kept the collective memory of the victims of military repression |
