| Spanish abstract | Análisis de dos novelas con fondo histórico (Gil Gómez, el insurgente, de Juan Díaz Covarrubias, y Andrés Pérez, maderista, de Mariano Azuela), de la Independencia en un caso y de la Revolución en el otro. Se utilizan los conceptos de Ricoeur sobre la trama de la historia y la trama de la novela como complementarias. Se analiza la manera de trabajar con el fondo histórico de dos novelistas, uno del XIX y otro del XX. Se observa también la forma de construir su trama de ficción para tender un paralelo con el discurso de la Historia, según el momento de cada obra |
| English abstract | An analysis of two novels with historical background (Gil Gómez, el insurgente, from Juan Díaz Covarrubias, and Andrés Pérez, maderista, from Mariano Azuela), in one case about Independence and in the other about the Revolution. The concepts of Ricoeur are applied to the plot of history and the plot of the novel as complements. The ways in which the two novelists, one from the 19th and one from the 20th century, work with a historical background, are analyzed. How to construct a fictional plot in order to create a parallel with the discourse of history, in accordance with the time of each work, is also observed |
