| Spanish abstract | Este artículo ofrece una propuesta metodológica para el análisis de las tradiciones orales basada en el trabajo del investigador peruano Enrique Ballón. La metodología se centra en el estudio de las temáticas de las formas artísticas orales a partir de un análisis motifémico, es decir, aquel que tiene como base los motifemas o realizaciones concretas de un motivo. Se realizó un estudio de ocho etnotextos narrativos de la comunidad afrodescendiente del Pacífico colombiano, y de diez de las comunidades indígenas Cuiba, Kogui y Páez |
| English abstract | This article offers a methodological proposal of analysis to the oral traditions, based on the work of the Peruvian researcher Enrique Ballón Aguirre. The methodology concentrates on the study of the topics of artistic oral forms from a motifemical analysis, i.e. one that is based on motifemas or concreted realizations of a motive. It was carried out a study of eight narrative ethnotexts from the Pacific Afro-Colombian community and of ten ethnotexts from the Cuiba, Kogui and Páez indigenous communities |
