| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo explora el caso de Eos y Pan, dos revistas literarias de Jalisco, aparecidas entre los años de 1943 y 1946, bajo el impulso de Juan José Arreola, Antonio Alatorre, Arturo Rivas Sainz, Juan Rulfo y Adalberto Navarro Sánchez. A través del análisis de los vínculos que tejieron estos escritores con diversos actores del entorno local y nacional, y sus estrategias para impulsar las publicaciones, este trabajo ofrece luces acerca de los mecanismos y canales a través de los cuales estos literatos trataron de adquirir reconocimiento y prestigio en el entorno literario local y nacional de la época |
| English abstract | This paper explores the case of Eos and Pan, two literary magazines of Jalisco, appeared between the years of 1943 and 1946, down the impulse of Juan José Arreola, Antonio Alatorre, Arturo Rivas Sainz, Juan Rulfo y Adalberto Navarro Sánchez. Through of the analysis of the links that wove these writers with several social actors of the local and national environment, and their strategies to impulse the publications, this work show lights about the mechanisms and channels across which this men of letters tried to get renown and prestige in the local and national literary environment of the epoch |
