| English abstract | Based on the proposal of Anadeli Bencomo according to which Rómulo Gallegos can be understood as a founder of discursiveness, this researchaims to trace the rewriting process of Doña Bárbara carried out in the narrative of three authors published by the Venezuelan Women's Library.
