| Spanish abstract | El presente escrito es producto de un estudio desarrollado en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina, entre 2006 y 2009. El objetivo general de dicho trabajo fue analizar representaciones de género en mujeres y varones, y relacionarlas con sus diferentes condiciones objetivas de existencia. Para el análisis de las variaciones en las representaciones consideramos cuatro con- diciones objetivas que se mostraron como influyentes: el género, el acceso de los agentes sociales al capital cultural y económico, la posición relativa de uno y otro miembro de la pareja en relación con la provisión de recursos al hogar (heterogamia, homogamia, hipogamia e hipergamia) y el tipo de marco familiar en el que se gestaron los habitus de los sujetos (familias tradicionales o neotradicionales). Proponemos, para concluir , la noción de disconfort de género. P alabras clave: normas de género, representaciones sociales, condiciones objetivas de existencia, disconfort de género |
| English abstract | This article is product of a study developed in the city of Córdoba, Argen- tina between 2006 and 2009. The general objective of this research was to analyze representations of gender in males and females and relate them to their different objective conditions of existence. For the analysis of the variations in the representations, we have considered four objective condi- tions that showed influential: gender itself, the access of social agents into the cultural and economic capital, the relative position of one and the other member of the couple in relation to the provision of resources to the home (homogamy , hypogamy e hypergamy) and the type of family frame in which the subject habitus were raised (T raditional or Neotraditional families).
