| Spanish abstract | El artículo desarrolla los ejes centrales de la tesis de grado “La discursividad en torno a la pena y su incidencia en la conformación subjetiva de la población carcelaria” en la que se llevo adelante un trabajo empírico en la Unidad Carcelaria Nº 3 de la ciudad de Rosario y cuyo objetivo general fue aportar al conocimiento de la vida carcelaria desde la conformación de la subjetividad de su población. De esta manera, reflexionamos acerca de los discursos que atraviesan la vida de los habitantes de las cárceles, exploramos los niveles de implicación de tales discursos, su institucionalización en la vida cotidiana de las penitenciarías, como también, la relación entre los cuerpos y los discursos que se producen en torno a la pena, al interior de la misma y la conformación de esos cuerpos en instancias de demandas y reclamos permanentes. Los conceptos que atraviesan este artículo tienen como eje principal los trabajos de Michel Foucault y su mirada sobre el discurso, el poder y la disciplina y a Erving Goffman, quien enfoca los procesos interactivos en las instituciones totales y los estigmas que acompañan a los sujetos una vez que atraviesan los muros carcelarios |
| English abstract | The article develop the principals points of the degree thesis “The spechees around the grief and its incident in the conformation subjective of the prison population” in which I am carried ahead an empirical work in the Prison Unit Nº 3 of the city of Rosario whose general objective was to contribute to the knowledge of the prison life since the conformation of the subjectivity of its population. In this manner, we reflect about the speeches that cross the life of the inhabitants of the jails, we explore the levels of implication of such speeches, its institutionalization in the everyday life of the prison, as also the relation between the bodies and the speeches that are produced around the grief to the interior of the same one and the conformatión of those bodies in instances of demands and permanent claims. The concepts that cross this article have as main axis to works of Michel Foucault and their look on the speech, the power and the discipline, and to Erving Goffman, who focuses the interactive processes in the total institutions and the stigmas that accompany to the subjects once they cross the prison walls |
