| Spanish abstract | No hay inocencia en las metáforas, por lo menos, en el uso que de ellas se hace. ‘Escenario’ y ‘Límite’, como tales, diseñan el horizonte problemático de este artículo, que mantiene su forma original de exposición oral. A partir de diversas reflexiones ético-filosóficas que configuran nuestra actualidad, escogemos la dimensión espacio-teatral señalada por el ‘escenario’ y el corte ético-moral que, como un lastre, sedimenta el concepto de ‘límite’. La preocupación subyacente por el “cómo” del funcionamiento metafórico, en determinados escenarios filosóficos, está orientada simplemente a “indicar”. No se pretende, de esta manera, establecer definiciones esenciales, ni determinar eruditamente las huellas históricas de estas metáforas. Utilizamos, como horizonte escenográfico la Historia de un Error de Nietzsche y como material textual de ejemplificación, fragmentos de los escritos de Paul Virilio orientados a limitar la tecnología y a politizar la velocidad |
| English abstract | There is no innocence in metaphors, at least not in their use. “Scenery” and “Limit” define as such the horizon of problems of this paper, which keeps its original style of an oral presentation. From various ethico-philosophical reflections that shape our present time, we chose the spacio-theatrical dimension pointed out by “scenery” and the ethico-moral cut which, like a ballast, settles down the concept of “limit”. The underlying preoccupation with “how” metaphors work, in certain philosophical sceneries, simply aims “to indicate”. There is therefore no intention to set up essential definitions or determine in an erudite fashion the historical footsteps of these metaphors. We used, as the historical scenery Nietzsche´s “History of an Error” and, as textual material for exemplification, fragments from Paul Virilio’s writings directed to put limits to the technology and to politicize velocity |
