| Spanish abstract | La efectividad de la Homeopatía fue evaluada en España a través de un controvertido análisis realizado por el Ministerio de Sanidad de esa nación y el Instituto de Salud Carlos III. El resultado, obtenido a espaldas de la comunidad homeopática hispana y con base en un reducido número de estudios que no contemplaron las particularidades de esta ciencia, ha dado pie al debate en algunos medios informativos, aunque sin dar la misma oportunidad de opinión a quienes defienden la terapéutica de Hahnemann y faltando así a la responsabilidad ética de la profesión periodística |
| English abstract | The homeopathic medicine validity was studied in Spain, by the Health Department and the Carlos III Health Institute without the knowledge of the homeopathic community; this gave up to a controversial analysis. The results obtained by looking through a reduced number of research studies and without considering the particularities of this science has given rise to a debate in some media, without giving the same opportunity to speak to those who defend the hahnemannian theories, than those who attack them showing a lack of responsibility and ethics in Spanish journalism |
