| English abstract | The present article of investigation centres fundamentally on the valuation of the expert test on penal processes for the crime of incest, which is done under an analysis of the diverse systems of valuation of the test, in which, is observed rigorously the importance of the scientific test in the penal process, under the perspective of an accusatory system and with a look to the theory of a sorrow, of such luck that this one should tend for the fulfillment of the ends of special prevention and protection to the reprobate |
