| Spanish abstract | En el presente artículo de reflexión se realizará un análisis riguroso a las disposiciones en materia laboral, y en especial, los aspectos que el trabajador debe conocer: el reglamento interno de trabajo, la política de salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, el reglamento de higiene y seguridad industrial. Es así como los investigadores han abierto un espacio al estudio del reglamento de trabajo partiendo como aquel instrumento que tiene como fin establecer normar genéricas del comportamiento laboral, donde se observen los deberes, derechos, incentivos, sanciones, permanencia y puntualidad, con la finalidad de mantener y fomentar la armonía en la relación laboral entre el empleador y el empleado |
| English abstract | This article will show a rigorous analysis about work regulations, and in particular, the aspects that the worker should know: work regulations, Occupational health and environment policy, Industrial hygiene, and industrial safety regulations. For this reason, researchers have started to study about work regulations, taking into account that it is an instrument which aims to establish generic regulations of work behavior, where duties, rights, incentives, sanctions, permanence and punctuality can be observed, in order to maintain and promote harmony in work relationships between the employer and the employee |
