| Spanish abstract | Este artículo de refl exión tiene como objetivo aplicar un estudio aleatorio sobre –algunos– sistemas jurídicos vigentes en los países latinoamericanos desde la óptica del formalismo para identifi car la orientación antiformalista como tendencia actual permitiendo invitar a los catedráticos, directivos y estudiantes que hacen parte de los Programas de Derecho a que refl exionemos sobre las prácticas pedagógicas. Se pretende con este trabajo investigativo determinar los métodos pedagógicos y los recursos didácticos que hoy se utilizan en la labor docente para el proceso formativo del abogado profesional, a fi n de establecer si estos se ajustan a las competencias que demanda actualmente el horizonte del Derecho latinoamericano. Se utilizaron como fundamentos metodológicos el análisis documental, las técnicas operacionales para la clasifi cación de libros, artículos, sentencias hito y una encuesta realizada como prueba piloto a 33 docentes del Programa de Derecho en la Universidad Simón Bolívar Extensión Cúcuta |
| English abstract | This article of refl ection has as aim apply a random study on –some– juridical in force systems in the Latin-American countries from the optics of the formalism to identify the antiformalist orientation as current trend allowing to invite the professors, executives and students who do part of the Faculties of Law to which we think about the pedagogic practices. One tries by this research work to determine the pedagogic methods and the didactic resources that today are in use in the educational labor for the formative process of the professional attorney, in order to establish if these adjust to the competitions that there demands nowadays the horizon of the Latin-American Law. It was used as methodological foundations the documentary analysis, the operational technologies for the classifi cation of books, articles, landmark ruling and an inquiry realized as a pilot test to 33 teachers of the Program of Law in the University Simón Bolívar Extension Cúcuta |
