| Spanish abstract | La regularidad en el crecimiento económico de México sólo es posible mediante la reinserción inteligente del país en las nuevas condiciones mundiales, de la actual etapa superior del capitalismo. | English abstract | Imbalances and structural deficiencies of the Mexican economy resulted in the 1981-82 collapse. Measures to solve the serious problems that aroused from this situation pushed to starting a large reconversion and growth’s reorientation to reach competence levels on an international scale, and high exports, sustained by foreign investments. Large adjustments and the opening to reincorporate within the world economy led to NAITA negotiations Mexico’s performance until mid nineties has been signed by neoliberal policies with a strong state’s intervention, which changed the mode, hut not the intensity, of the enterprise’s dependence. These policies also showed that they have not been the most prudent and efficient for a healthy growth, or for less social cost, even if they reached great exports success, fiscal equilibrium and inflation’s control.
