| Spanish abstract | Se analizan las particularidades de la formación del PC en Ecuador. La creación del primer grupo comunista causó varias contradicciones entre los comunistas ecuatorianos y el Secretariado Sudamericano de la IC que actuaba sobre la base del PC de Argentina. Uno de los rasgos importantes del proceso de surgimiento del PC en Ecuador, fue su creación a base del Partido Socialista dentro del cual existió otro partido –el Comunista– que era secreto, pero dirigido por la misma gente que encabezaba al PSE. Se analizan también algunos complicados problemas de las relaciones entre el PSE-PCE y la III Internacional y su Secretariado Sudamericano |
| English abstract | We analyze the peculiarities of the formation of the Communist Party (CP) in Ecuador. The creation of the first communist group led to several contradictions between communists and the South American Secretariat. One of the important features of the rising of the CP process in Ecuador was related with the Socialist Party in which there was another secret party, the Communist, but headed by the same people who controlled the PSE. It also discusses some difficult problems in the relation between the SPE-CPE and the Third International and its South American Secretariat |
