| Spanish abstract | Las líneas que presentamos a continuación muestran el camino a través del cual, manu militari, la economía chilena se abre al proceso de globalización, introduciendo un conjunto de elementos que conduce a la generación de nuevas variables y nuevas pautas culturales en el comportamiento de los actores sociales. Dentro de este cuadro resaltan las nuevas tendencias que conforman la visión de mundo de la élite y la absorción e internalización de éstas por los grupos subalternos, abriendo el camino a un nuevo escenario social. El texto concluye proponiendo algunas hipótesis como norte interpretativo del proceso de globalización para Chile y América latina |
| English abstract | The lines that follow show the way through which, manu militari, the Chilean economy opens to the process of globalization by introducing a number of factors that leads to the generation of new variables and new cultural patterns in the behavior of social actors. Within this new configuration highlight emerging trends that shape the vision of the world of the elite and the absorption and internalization of these groups by subordinates, paving the way for a new social scene. The text concludes by proposing some hypotheses as interpretive ways of the globalization process for Chile and Latin America |
