| Spanish abstract | Este artículo ofrece una reflexión de las causas que han motivado al Gobierno Federal Mexicano a tomar las medidas recaudatorias más importantes en los últimos años, bajo la consideración de un excesivo incremento en el gasto público ejercido el cual se ha triplicado en los últimos años, además de una fuerte caída en los ingresos del petróleo por dos causas fundamentales; por un lado, la caída en la producción de Cantarell, el cual desde su punto más alto es de -73%, y, por otra parte, la baja en el precio del petróleo que en el año presenta un deterioro -37%. Basado en lo anterior, son expuestos los principales incrementos en impuestos federales; así como sus generalidades y repercusiones, utilizando un contexto de fácil lectura que permita entender la trascendencia de estas reformas aún para personas no expertas en el tema |
| English abstract | This article provides a reflection of the causes that have led to the Mexican Federal Government to take the most important revenue-raising measures in recent years under the consideration of an excessive increase in public expenditure, which exercised, has triplicated in recent years as well as a sharp drop in oil revenue for two fundamental reasons: on one hand the drop in production at Cantarell, which since its highest point is -73%, and on the other hand, the drop in oil prices in the year has a -37% decline. Based on the above, we developed the main increase in federal taxes; as well as its generalities and repercussions, using a reader-friendly context wich allows the understanding of the importance of these reforms, even for non-experts in the field |
