| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se presentan algunas reflexiones, basadas en resultados de otras publicaciones, que ayudan a valorar y/o revalorar el papel y trascendencia del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) dentro de los programas de investigación científica en México. En concreto ¿El SNI, al transcurso del tiempo, representa hoy en día un éxito en la política científica de México? También se proponen algunas acciones, derivadas de tres componentes detectados en el operar del SNI que, sin duda, funcionarán como detonantes para que este círculo de investigación mexicano se consolide como el mejor programa de la política científica en México |
| English abstract | This article presents some thoughts, based on results of other publications that help assess and / or reassess the role and significance of the National System of Researchers (SNI) in scientific research programs in Mexico. Specifically Does the SNI, the passage of time, today represents a success in science policy in Mexico?
