| Spanish abstract | Al anunciar Foucault la muerte del hombre, ataca en forma frontal y directa el humanismo tradicional y la idea de liberación que la acompaña. No obstante, aun bajo este doble rechazo, en la última fase de su reflexión, vemos aparecer una nueva forma de humanismo, sustentado en una etopoética de la existencia, como llamado a la liberación en términos de prácticas de resistencia, de libertad refractaria a las relaciones de poder vigentes. Ello trae como consecuencia el estallido del carnaval de máscaras, frente a la máscara de una sola expresión, impuesta por discursos y poderes dominantes |
| English abstract | After announcing the death of the man, Foucault attacks directly the traditional humanism and the ideas of freedom that goes along with it. Nevertheless, under this rejection, in the last stage of his reflection, we see emerge a new kind of humanism, supported in ethopoetic's existence, called to the freedom in terms of tolerance customs, of deeply entrenched freedom in the actual power relationships.
