English abstract | Brazilian foreign policy for sub-Saharan Africa has reached the end of the government of President Lula with a new outlook never practiced throughout our history of international relations. Supported in classical theories, and historical links with cooperative goals, it was a government commitment and its results, many if not expressive in economic terms, have largely been achieved and may in the future, leveraging the geopolitics of the country this century |
Portuguese abstract | A política externa brasileira para a áfrica subsaariana chegou ao fim do governo do Presidente Lula com um novo panorama jamais praticado ao longo da nossa história das relações internacionais. Amparada nas teorias clássicas, e com objetivos cooperativos com vínculos históricos, ela foi um compromisso do governo e seus resultados, se não muitos expressivos nos termos econômicos, foram amplamente alcançados e podem, no futuro, alavancar a geopolítica do país nesse século XXI |
