Spanish abstract La presente investigación tiene como objetivo central identificar las características del estrés de examen de los alumnos del Colegio de Ciencias y Humanidades (CCH), de la Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango (UJED). Se fundamenta teóricamente en el Programa de Investigación Persona-Entorno y en el Modelo Sistémico Cognoscitivista del Estrés Académico. El estudio realizado se puede caracterizar como transeccional, correlacional y no experimental. Para la recolección de la información se aplicó un cuestionario a 351 alumnos del CCH. Sus principales resultados permiten afirmar que existe elevado estrés de examen entre estos alumnos y que las variables género y semestre tienen un papel modulador en este tipo de estrés
English abstract The present investigation must like central objective identify the characteristics of the stress of examination of the students of the School of Sciences and Humanities (CCH) of the Juarez University of the State of Durango (UJED). Person-Surroundings on the Research Program and the Model Systemic Cognoscitivista of Academic Stress are based theoretically. The made study can be characterized like transactional, co relational and it does not experiment. For the harvesting of the information a questionnaire to 351 students of the CCH was applied. Their main results allow us to affirm that a high presence of the stress of examination between the students of the CCH exists and that the variables sort and semester is those that has a modulator paper in this type of stress
