| Spanish abstract | En el cambio social y en la transformación de las organizaciones puede ser muy útil hacer uso de la teoría para resolver problemas inventivos, TRIZ. En este artículo se presenta TRIZ, a través de una de sus herramientas: el análisis campo–sustancia. Este análisis es una herramienta analítica para modelar problemas que se observan en sistemas. Cada sistema se crea para realizar alguna función. La función deseada es la salida de una sustancia u objeto, causada por otros similares con la ayuda de algunos medios. En términos generales, las sustancias son objetos de cualquier nivel de complejidad. Pueden ser sistemas complejos o artículos simples. La acción o medios para lograr la acción se conoce como un campo. El análisis campo–sustancia provee un modelo simple y rápido que se emplea al considerar diferentes ideas |
| English abstract | In organizational transformation and social change can be very useful to use the theory to solve inventives problems. In this paper TRIZ is presented with more detail, specifically through one of his tools: the substance–field analysis. Substance–Field Analysis is a TRIZ analytical tool for modeling problems related to existing systems. Every system is created to perform some functions. The desired function is the output from an object or substance, caused by another object with the help of some means. The general term, substances are objects of any level of complexity. They can be single items or complex systems. The action or means of accomplishing the action is called a field. Substance–Field Analysis provides a fast, simple model to use for considering different ideas |
