| Spanish abstract | Este artículo da a conocer los resultados de un proyecto de investigación desarrollado en la Universidad Distrital y que ha permitido recopilar el planteamiento de los fundamentos ylineamientos para la definición y creación deuna línea de investigación interdisciplinaria, quesustente la implementación de un Doctoradoen Ingeniería, cubriendo fundamentalmente elénfasis de su denominación: “Ciencia y tecno-logía de la información y del conocimiento”,permitiendo la interacción de diferentes disci-plinas o áreas de investigación relacionadas conlos servicios de la ingeniería, a fin de fortalecerel desarrollo académico y científico de la Fa-cultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad DistritalFrancisco José de Caldas en Colombia, la cuala pesar de su amplia trayectoria y reconoci-miento académico, paradójicamente adolece de un programa de formación doctoral que facilite y promueva la investigación en el campo de la ingeniería |
| English abstract | The purpose of this paper shows the resultsof an investigation project developed in theDistrital University and that has allowed togather the position of the foundations andlimits for the definition and creation of aninterdisciplinary investigation line that would sustain the implementation of a Doctorate inEngineering, covering the emphasis of theirdenomination fundamentally: “Science andtechnology of the information knowledge”,which allows the interaction of different disci-plines or investigation areas related to theservices of the engineering, with the purpose of strengthening the academic and scientificdevelopment of the Distrital University Fran-cisco José de Caldas Engineering Faculty in Colombia, which in spite of their widetrajectory and academic reconigtion,paradoxically suffers the lack of a program of doctoral formation that facilitates and promotes the investigation in the field of the engineering |
