| English abstract | This is an exploratory research, developed with the users of http://ghafreire.sites.uol.com.br website, (that was) constructed in a participative way (model) by the author and the students of the Joaquim Venâncio school of the Oswaldo Cruz foundation. The variables defined for the survey done with the users/ visitors, were: the level of education, motivation to search in the website, relevance and pertinence of the information avaliable, level of dificulties in understanding the texts, the great dificulty found (recovered), the category that facilitates the understanding of the texts and sugestions (free answer). The answers of a sample of the users / visitors were analyzed and some characteristical elements were identified leading to the hypothesis that the participation of the users may narrow the barriers of the communication |
| Portuguese abstract | Trata-se de pesquisa, em caráter exploratório, de usuários do site http;//ghafreire.sites.uol.com.br, construído de forma participativa pelo autor e alunos da Escola Joaquim Venâncio da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz. As variáveis definidas para a enquete dirigida aos usuários/ visitantes foram: escolaridade, motivação para procurar o site, relevância e pertinência das informações disponíveis, dificuldades na compreensão dos textos, maior dificuldade encontrada, categoria que facilitou a compreensão dos textos e sugestões (resposta livre). Foram analisadas as respostas de uma amostra de usuários/visitantes, tendo sido identificados alguns elementos característicos e sugerida a hipótese de que a participação dos usuários pode diminuir as barreiras na comunicação da informação |
