| Spanish abstract | El Tercer Perfeccionamiento del Sistema de Educación tiene como objetivo priorizado elevar la calidad de la misma y donde el desempeño profesional del docente ocupa un lugar fundamental, de manera que su profesionalización se valora como uno de los pilares para lograr la formación integral de las nuevas generaciones. Preparar al educando para su vida social, es uno de los objetivos de este proceso y esto está indisolublemente vinculado al trabajo, a la actividad que tiene que desarrollar a lo largo de su vida. Las exigencias del perfeccionamiento continuo y la superación de los docentes ofrecen una visión integradora de la atención a los educandos con discapacidad intelectual. Los sistemas educativos han considerado entre sus cambios que la escuela debe proyectarse por darle la máxima prioridad a la adquisición del saber (conocimientos) y del saber hacer (normas, hábitos, habilidades), al potenciar la motivación y la satisfacción personal por el trabajo como parte de la formación laboral, al desarrollar diferentes acciones para su mejoramiento. Es el docente con su desempeño profesional, el encargado de organizar un sistema coherente, al tener en cuenta las posibles vías que le permitan al educando con discapacidad intelectual desarrollar una formación laboral adecuada. Con este trabajo se propone reflexionar sobre algunas consideraciones relacionadas con el desempeño profesional del docente en la formación laboral en educandos con discapacidad intelectual y lograr el máximo desarrollo integral posible en cualquier contexto, que les permita enfrentar con diversos niveles de independencia su inclusión social.Abstract: The third perfecting of the system of education has as objective granted priority raise the quality of the same and where the professional acting of the educational occupies a fundamental place, so that your professionalisation it is valued as one of the pillars to achieve the integral formation of the new generations. Prepares to the by educating for your social life, it are one of the objectives of this process and this is indissolubly related to the work, to the activity that it has to develop along your life. The exigencies of the endless perfecting and the surmourning of the educational offers an inclusive sight of the attention to the educandoses with intellectual disability. The educational systems have considered between your changes that the school must be projected for giving you the maximum priority to the acquisition of the knowledge (knowledges) and of the knowledge it make (norms, habits, skills), when boosting the motivation and the personal satisfaction for the work as part of the labor formation, when developing different actions for your improvement. It is the educational thing with your professional acting, the representative to organize a coherent system, to the keeps in mind the possible pathes that permit you to the by educating with intellectual disability it develop a labor appropriate formation. With this work proposes reflects on some considerations related with the professional acting of the educational thing in the labor formation in educandoses with intellectual disability and achieve the maximum develops possible integral, in any context, that permits meet face to face you with diverse levels of independence your social inclusion.
