English abstract The research addresses the study of a very recurring problem in current times of education in Cuba. Reference is made to the formation and development of vocational interests towards pedagogical careers related to the training of primary teachers. The objective of the article was to propose actions to promote the formation of vocational interests towards pedagogical careers in fifth grade students, at the Cesáreo Fernández Díaz primary school, Arroyo Naranjo municipality. The study began with the exploration of reality, where the observation of the problem and the investigation through other empirical means allowed us to know the reality and model a proposed solution that is based on the theoretical methodological studies that support the research, based on a scientific basis. Theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical methods were used. The actions were part of the educational activities carried out by the institution in favor of the comprehensive training of students. The modeled proposal responds to the needs detected and offers a flexible, contextualized, individualized dynamic that responds to the search for a solution to the scientific problem posed. It constitutes an important instrument in terms of strengthening vocational pedagogical training and achieving quality educational practice with respect to the initial diagnosis, which demonstrates its possibility and perspective.
Spanish abstract La investigación aborda el estudio de una problemática muy recurrente en los tiempos actuales de la educación en Cuba. Se hace referencia a la formación y desarrollo de intereses vocacionales hacia las carreras pedagógicas relacionadas con la formación de maestros primarios. El artículo tuvo como objetivo proponer acciones para el favorecimiento de la formación de intereses vocacionales hacia carreras pedagógicas en escolares de quinto grado, en la escuela primaria Cesáreo Fernández Díaz, municipio Arroyo Naranjo. El estudio comenzó con la exploración de la realidad, donde la observación del problema y la indagación por otras vías empíricas, permitieron conocer la realidad y modelar una propuesta de solución que, se fundamenta desde los estudios teóricos metodológicos que sustentan la investigación, a partir de una base científica. Se utilizaron métodos de nivel teórico, empírico y matemático estadístico. Las acciones formaron parte de las actividades educativas que despliega la institución a favor de la formación integral de los educandos. La propuesta modelada, responde a las necesidades detectadas y ofrece una dinámica flexible, contextualizada, individualizada que responde a la búsqueda de solución del problema científico planteado. Constituye un instrumento importante en función de fortalecer la formación vocacional pedagógica y lograr una práctica educativa de calidad con respecto al diagnóstico inicial, lo que demuestra su posibilidad y perspectiva.Abstract: The research addresses the study of a very recurring problem in current times of education in Cuba.
