| Spanish abstract | Trata sobre la naturaleza y funcionalidad de la mediación como fenómeno universal, buscando ampliar su enfoque con el fin de abordar su dinámica interna en relación con el entorno. Se partió por analizar las estructuras subyacentes de la oposición entre las posturas tradicional y no tradicional sobre los medios de comunicación, abordando en seguida la visión hermenéutica de la tecnología como medio, su relación ecológica, la mediación natural que la precede y su nexo con la cultura. Se concluye que la presencia de una mediación natural, que antecede a toda mediación tecnológica con el entorno, implica la formación de sistemas de comunicación propios para cada especie. Esto permite establecer al menos dos universos de mediación natural que se corresponden con el mundo vegetal y el mundo animal. En perspectiva, existen barreras comunicativas entre las especies y, entre ellas, barreras lingüísticas propias de la naturaleza humana que deberían mantenerse como postulado elemental al momento de abordar cuestiones relacionadas con interculturalidad |
| English abstract | It's about the nature and functionality of mediation as a universal phenomenon, searching to broaden its approach to address its internal dynamics in relation to the environment. It was started by to analyze the underlying structures of the opposition between traditional and non-traditional positions on the media, addressing immediately hermeneucs vision of technology as a media, its ecological relationship, the natural mediation that precedes it and its connection with culture. One concludes that the presence of a natural mediation, which it precedes to any technological mediation with the environment, implies the formation of own systems of communication for every species. This allows establishing at least two universes of natural mediation that correspond with the vegetable world and the animal world. In perspecve, communicative barriers exist between the species and, between them, linguistic own barriers of the nature it humanizes that should be kept as elementary postulate to the moment to approach questions related with interculturality |
