| Spanish abstract | A partir de una reflexión sobre la importancia del modelo revolucionario español en la Europa liberal y romántica y sobre la ascendencia de la Constitución española de 1812 en aquel contexto, el artículo aborda el caso concreto de dos propuestas de adaptación del código español en la Italia preunitaria. El primero de ellos, de origen napolitano y carácter anónimo, fue llevado a la imprenta con el fin de influir en el proceso constitucional abierto en aquel reino tras las elecciones de septiembre de 1820. El segundo, de origen piamontés, no llegó en cambio a ver la luz pública y su influencia quedó restringida al entorno más cercano a su autor, el conde Santorre di Santarosa |
| English abstract | Starting from a reflection on the importance of Spanish revolutionary model in liberal and romantic Europe and the Spanish Constitution of 1812 influence in that context, the article discusses the specific case of two proposals for adapting the Spanish code in Italy before unification. The first, of Neapolitan origin and anonymous authorship, was taken to the press in order to influence the constitutional process opened after elections in September 1820. The second, of Piedmontese origin, failed to see the public light and its influence was restricted to the immediate milieu to its author, Count Santorre di Santarosa |
