| Spanish abstract | En las tres últimas décadas la cuestión del acontecimiento ha tomado fuerza en el horizonte intelectual. Lo que se percibe es la idea común de que nuestra época y su noción "tiempo"; ya sea narrativa, mediática, epistemológica, conceptual o historiográfica, está atravesando por una transformación. Este ensayo pretende describir de forma general el esta-do de la cuestión de esta discusión referida de manera particular a la his- toriografía. En concreto, se aboca a mostrar los diferentes momentos en que la noción de acontecimiento ha sido usada, rechazada o reinterpre- tada como distinción para hacer observaciones del pasado. La revisión va desde la historiografía positivista del siglo XIX hasta la historia cultural. El interés de este ensayo radica en entender algunas de las propuestas que recientemente se han construido desde la filosofía y la teoría literaria alrededor de la noción de acontecimiento y la escritura de la historia |
| English abstract | For the past three decades, the question regarding the event has gained steam in the intellectual horizon. What is percieved is the common idea that our epoch and its notion of time -be it narratiue, mediatic, epistemologic, con- ceptual or historiographic- is going through a transformation; this essay pre- tends to describe tbe current "state of the question" of ibis discussion as it relers to historiography in particular. It will present the diffirent moments in which the notion 01 "euent" has been used, rejected, or reinterpreted as a way to make distinct observations of the pasto Ibis revision spans from the Posivitist Historiography of the XIX century all the way to Cultural History 01 recent times.
