| Spanish abstract | La orden franciscana, fue una de las primeras comunidades en llegar e instaurarse numerosamente en tierras americanas, en los albores del siglo XVI, para edificar la verdadera Iglesia Indiana, guiados por los preceptos milenaristas y mesiánicos. El proceso de evangelización y adoctrinamiento es el primer paso asumido por la orden para así llegar a la consecución de dicha empresa, tomando partido por los perseguidos indígenas, a quienes veían como los llamados a compartir con los franciscos la experiencia evangélica indiana. Así inicia la orden su proceso evangelizador, liderando una empresa adoctrinante que fracasará tiempo después, en el siglo XVII |
| English abstract | The Franciscan order, was one of the first communities in get and set up numerous in American land at the dawn of the 16th century, to build the true Church Indiana, guided by the millenarian precepts and messianic. The process of evangelization and indoctrination is the first step taken by the order as well reaching the achievement of that undertaking, taking sides persecuted indigenous, who looked like the so-called to share with the franciscos indiana discreet experience.
