| English abstract | This article deals with an object of Philosophy, strictly the Philosophy of Language, which concerns the study of the logic and of the dialectics. So, it proposesto analyze the dialectic-logical conceptual aspects in the Corpus Hermeticum(Corp. Herm.) 12.12-14a in comparison with the logical texts of the Stoicorum Veterum Fragmenta(Stoic. Vet. Fr.), in order to find supposed sources conformed with the hermetic text, and know how they were re-worked in it. For that, the references, descriptions and quotations of Sextus Empiricus (c. II -III C.E.) and of Diocles Magnes (c. I C. E.), apud Diogenes Laertius (c. III C. E.), they constitute important sourceson the philosophical doctrines of Zenon, Cleanthesand Crysippus. One considers that the doctrine of the first part of the Corp. Herm.12 is, often, Platonic. Nevertheless, there are realized signs of influences of stoicism. The conception about νοῦς[nous] in the man is fromPlatonic origin, but the expression προφορικὸςλόγος[prophorikos logos] is certainly Stoic. Then, the Corp. Herm.12 is a product of a middle-stoicism or middle-Platonism, stoicizing Platonism or platonizing Stoicism, which cannot have appeared before the c.I B.C.E.Specifically, the article is interested inthe dialectic-logical problem that involve some Stoic concepts, as λόγος, προφορικὸςλόγος, φωνή[phōnē], as well as the problem of the connective propositional logic in the platonizing processthrough the doctrine of νοῦςthemedin the Corp. Herm.12.12-14a, assuming a theological dimension and a divine character of λόγος, by being ἐνδιάθετοςλόγος, the thought that exists ἐντῇδιαθέσει, ἐντῷνῷ(in the mind) |
| Portuguese abstract | Opresente artigo trata de um objeto da Filosofia, estritamente da Filosofia da Linguagem, no que diz respeito ao estudo da lógica e da dialética.Sendo assim, propõe-se aanalisar os aspectos conceptuais lógico-dialéticos incidentes no Corpus Hermeticum (Corp. Herm.)12.12-14a em comparação com os textoslógicosde Stoicorum Veterum Fragmenta (Stoic. Vet.Fr.), com a finalidade de encontrar supostas fontes enquadradas no texto hermético, e saber como elas foram retrabalhadas nele. Para isso, as referências, descrições e citações de Sexto Empírico (séc. II a III E.C.) e de Diocles Magnes (séc I a.E.C.), apudDiógenes Laércio (séc. III E.C.), constituem importantes fontes sobre as doutrinas filosóficas de Zenão, Cleanto e Crísipo. Considera-se quea doutrina da primeira parte do Corp. Herm.12 é, amiúde, platônica. Contudo, percebem-se sinais de influências do estoicismo. A concepção acerca do νοῦς[nous] no homem é de origem platônica, mas a expressão προφορικὸςλόγος[prophorikos logos] é certamente estoica. Logo, o Corp. Herm.12 deve-se tratar de um médio-estoicismo ou médio-platonismo, platonismo estoicizante ou de um estoicismo platonizante que não pode ter surgido antes do séc. I a.E.C. Especificamente, o artigo interessa-se pelo problema lógico-dialético que envolve alguns conceitos estoicos, como λόγος, προφορικὸςλόγος, φωνή[phō nē ], outrossim,o problema da proposição lógica conectiva em flagrante processo platonizante por meio da doutrina do νοῦςtematizado no Corp. Herm. 12.12-14a, assumindo uma dimensão teológica e um caráter divino do λόγος, por ser ἐνδιάθετοςλόγος, o pensamento que existeἐντῇδιαθέσει, ἐντῷνῷ(na mente) |
