| Spanish abstract | En el presente artículo se aborda el proceso de urbanización sucedido en el nororiente de la ciudad de Puebla durante la primera mitad del siglo XX, cuyo resultado fue una superposición de estructuras, que puede ser leída a través de las permanencias urbano-arquitectónicas de haciendas y ranchos que se encuentran inmersas en el tejido urbano actual. El objetivo principal fue analizar el proceso de incorporación del suelo rural a la mancha urbana de la zona nororiente de Puebla, a manera de antecedente al estudio del estado actual de las permanencias urbano-arquitectónicas de haciendas y ranchos; para finalmente plantear alternativas viables de incorporación de estos vestigios, a las necesidades actuales de la sociedad, con el fin de asegurar su permanencia como legado |
| English abstract | In the present article is studied the urbanization process that ocurred in the northeast of Puebla city during the first half of the twentieth century, resulting in a superposition of structures, which can be read thorugh the urban-architectural permanencies of farms and ranches, immersed in the actual urban fabric. The main objective is to analyze the process of incorporation of rural land into the urban fabric in the northeast of Puebla, as an antecedent to study the actual state of the urban-architectural permanencies of haciendas and ranchos, to finally bring viable alternatives for incorporation of these remains, to the current needs of society to ensure its permanence as a legacy |
