| English abstract | Bra zilian agrarian space in the last fifty years, has undergone several metamorphoses , with significant effects on their functions and contents.These changes are linked to the modernization project of the territory, more specifically to the modernization of the farming productive structure , which triggered an unequal process of expansion of capital between farmers and regions. Therefore , this study aims to analyze the territorialization of modern agriculture in Brazi l , seeking to highlight the role of the state and private capital in the consolidation of this process and consequently the new uses of the territory |
| Portuguese abstract | O espaço agrário brasileiro, nos últimos cinqüenta anos, tem passado por inúmeras metamorfoses, com significativos efeitos sobre suas funções e con teúdos. Essas mudanças estão atreladas ao projeto de modernização do território, mais especificamente à modernização da estrutura produtiva do campo, que se constituiu num processo desigual de expansão do capital entre produtores e regiões. Por isso, este estudo visa analisar a territorialização da agricultura moderna no Brasil, procurando destacar o papel do Estado e do capital privado na consolidação desse processo e consequentemente os novos usos do território |
