| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer la satisfacción sexual en pacientes con Linfoma No Hodgkin, antes y al finalizar el 4o. ciclo de Qt con esquema de CHOP (ciclofosfamida+doxorrubicina+vincristina+prednisona). Dado que según la literatura se manifiesta como uno de los esquemas que puede ocasionar alteraciones en la sexualidad y puede ser valorado en ese periodo. Es un diseño no experimental, descriptivo, longitudinal panel, con una población de 21 sujetos con LNH a los que se les realizó la primera aplicación del Inventario de Satisfacción Sexual y la segunda se efectuó sólo en 6 de los sujetos. El Inventario de Satisfacción Sexual fue elaborado por el Dr. Juan Luis Álvarez-Gayou Jurgenson y cols., del Instituto Mexicano de Sexología, consta de 29 reactivos, con una escala tipo likert con 5 opciones de respuesta que van de (SIEMPRE A NUNCA). Los datos obtenidos se analizaron con el programa SPSS de Windows, con gráficas de frecuencia, utilizando la prueba estadística t de Student para muestras relacionadas. Hasta el cohorte de los 6 sujetos test-postest, no se encontró diferencia estadísticamente significativa en el nivel de satisfacción sexual global, sin embargo, en el análisis individual por reactivo (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 26), sí se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas |
| English abstract | The main objective of the present research is to known the sexual satisfaction in patients with No Hodgkin Lymphoma, at the ending and beginning of the 4th cycle of Qt with CHOP scheme (cyclophosphamide+doxorrubicin+vincristine+ prednisone).The literature declared it like one of the plans that can cause alterations in the sexuality and it could be valorated in that time. It is a descriptive, longitudinal panel and non-experimental design, with a population of 21 LNH subjects, whose had answered the first application of the Sexual Satisfaction Inventory, and the second application had been answered only by 6 subjects. The Sexual Satisfaction Inventory was elaborated by the Dr. Juan Luis Alvarez-Gayou Jurgenson and cols. of the Mexican Institute of Sexology. It contains 29 items, with a likert scale with 5 options of answers (between ever to never). The results were analyzed by the SPSS Windows program, with frequency graphics, using the statistics test “t of students for related stuff”. In the results of the pre and posttest applicated in the 6 subjects, weren´t find significant statics difference in global sexual satisfaction, in spite of that results, in the individual items analysis, there were found significant differences in the items 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12 and 26 |
